Roger's High School is in the grip of a dark and sinister force. Three students lay near death and it's whispered they are the casualties of Abel Frye, a ghost that has haunted the school since he hanged himself 10 years earlier. Scratched into the locker of each victim is the image of a hangman, a symbol which has become a calling card for terror. Suspicions run high as more and more students fall under it's spell, screaming the name of the legendary spirit before darkness overtakes them. What's to blame? An exotic illness? An illicit drug? Or is it truly the supernatural? The only hope is the Veritas Project, a highly trained investigative team brought in to expose the truth. Working undercover, they attend the school in an effort to unravel the mystery and protect the student body from their own prejudice and fear.
