  • How do I place my order?

    Simply locate the product you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" or "Checkout". It's that easy!


  • What methods of payment are available?

    You can purchase products on this website by using a major credit card Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can also send us payment by check if you prefer (call for details).


  • Can I order by phone?

  • Can I buy these items through a local retailer?

    Yes! We are a well-established supplier to retailers across North America, and we are always pleased to know that people are supporting locally-run bookstores. If the title you need is out of stock, you can encourage them to order directly from us or through their preferred distributor.


  • Do you offer refunds?

    Opened home entertainment products are not returnable, except in cases where they fail to operate properly. Of course, our products are guaranteed to be free of defects and in the event of a manufacturer's defect you will be offered an exchange or a refund if returned within 90 days. You must contact our customer service department for return authorization, 1-800-661-9467. Please note that any refunds are for the cost of the product (not including shipping).

  • What is a 'Region Code'?

    The DVD industry uses slightly different formats for different parts of the world - six regions in all (North America is Region 1). Region 0 discs have no region coding and will play in all parts of the world. As you look through our titles, you will notice that we have included information on the region coding. In nearly all cases, our titles are Region 0 or Region 1.


  • Will these DVDs play in all regions?

    Only Region 0 DVDs will play in all countries.


  • What is your satisfaction guarantee?

    Our products are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturers' defects, and if they fail to operate as they should we will offer to replace or refund your purchase.


    Questions about Shipping
  • How soon will I get my order?

    That will depend on the shipping option that you choose. We offer several shipping options through Canada Post and UPS that you can choose from on checkout. Please note, additional time may be required to prepare some orders.


  • How much will I pay for shipping?

    That depends on the number of items in your cart, the size of the items and the shipping option that you choose. Feel free to hit the checkout button to see what the shipping costs will be. You will not be billed until the final stage, and you can always go back and modify your order.

  • Can I show this movie in my church or in another public venue?

    This is the most challenging question we get, and the reason is simply that every producer has the right to set whatever pubic performance restrictions they wish. Some choose to include the performance rights for free or for an extra amount of money, and some programs may not be shown publicly at all.

    Remember, publicly showing a film that you are not authorized to show is a crime, a serious copyright violation that can trigger an FBI investigation. Please take the time to check on how you can schedule showings fairly and legally.

    Also, please note that a blanket license covering public screenings for a wide range of titles is has become more popular recently. Read more about the CVLI License below, or by visiting their site at www.CVLI.org.


  • We have a CVLI License - what programs are covered by this license?

    Not all films from CVLI members are covered by a CVLI license. Although this system has many advantages, it still presents some challenges due to the nature of the entertainment industry. If you can't find the title in question at the websites listed above, the best suggestion is to contact us - a simple step that will be greatly appreciated.

  • How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to a newsletter?

    Simply reply to an unwanted newsletter with 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject line.
